a pickling project is a food upcycling project that transforms leftover vegetables from wet markets into delicious homemade dishes through traditional pickling method. All product recipes are inspired and made by housewives in the community, which we provide re-employment opportunities to them. This project not only aims at reducing food waste, but also retaining the nutritional value of the food and preserving the beauty and taste of the season.
